Pizza

Pizza, as it should be – Neapolitan style. The basil comes from a pot in my backyard. The mozzarella (LatBri) was from Lulu Hypermarket in Shuwaikh and it was great.

Pizza

So nice, I shot it twice. (Actually more than that but the pictures weren’t the best quality.)

  6. Hey Stinni,
I am so glad to have found your blog. We, kids and I, will be moving to Kuwait to join hubby in July, and your blog is most informative!
    Thanks

  7. Thanks everyone. It took me a looooong time to come up with making the perfect pizza dough but I think I nailed it.

Carly – You’re coming to Kuwait when most people escape the heat. 🙂 You will like it here, don’t worry. If you have any questions, drop me a line: simplystinni AT hotmail DOT com.

  9. Looks Yum!!

It looks somewhat like Pizza Express’s

  10. But why isn’t the cheese all around the dough?

  11. Wow it looks as if its from an expensive Italian resturant 🙂 Give us the recipe! 🙂

    Love your blog 🙂

  12. Hey Cookie – I like your blog too! I love cookies and food blogs and since yours has to do with cookies, I’ll be a regular visitor. Thank you for leaving a comment so that I could find you. Why aren’t you listed on Safat?

Fayoora – I only had one small ball of fresh mozzarella and when I make pizza for me and my husband, I like to make little islands with the cheese so that it’s not so heavy on the stomach. I took a picture of a pizza I made for the kids a few nights ago and will publish it just for you. 🙂

Yara4ever – Ask and you shall receive. It will probably take a few posts to explain everything (how to make the dough, best sauces/tomatoes etc.) but I will put it on my to-do list.
